Travel Reservations

Do you have a question about a travel reservation?

TravelSearch.com does not book travel; we are simply a search engine, which means that we will search other travel sites to find you the best deals. Once you see a search result you like, you can click on that result to leave TravelSearch.com and go to the selected site where you can then decide to book the trip or not.

TravelSearch.com does not know whether you end up booking travel or not after you have left our site-- that would be creepy, having us following you around on the web after you leave TravelSearch.com. :-| (Note serious face.)

If you have a question about a trip you found through TravelSearch.com, here are some tips for helping you get the answers you need.

  1. Read your email. If you purchased travel from someone you found on our site, 99% of the time they will have sent you an email with your receipt. That email will have their contact info, usually including their phone number and email addresses. When you contact the supplier, be sure to have that email in front of you so you can give them the right confirmation number that they had assigned to you when you made the purchase on their site.

  2. Check your credit card. If you can not find an email receipt, you could also call your credit card company to review recent charges. If they identify a charge which you think was the one for the travel you purchased, your credit card company will be able to provide to you a phone number where you can call that travel supplier. You might want to write down the exact transaction amount and date so you can provide it to the merchant when you call them for support.

  3. Check your TravelSearch.com search history. Although TravelSearch.com has no way to tell if you purchased something on another website, we can show your search history. That might be helpful in reminding you where you bought travel.

If you need contact information for a given travel supplier, you can look them up on our providers page.

If a provider is not helpful to you, please write down the phone number you called, and the name of the person you spoke with, and then send us feedback with all the details, and we will work with you to get you what you need.

Thanks!
